1. Carrot juice

Ingredients :

2 carrots

1 tbsp sugar/honey, choose according to taste

water

ice cube

How to make:

1. Peel the carrots to avoid dirt deposits in the juice, then wash and slice thinly.

2. Put the carrot slices, sugar/honey, water, and ice cubes into the blender. Mix until smooth.

3. Strain the mixture using a sieve, then the carrot juice is ready to be enjoyed.

2. Carrot-celery-apple juice

Ingredients :

2 carrots

1 apple

enough celery

1 piece of ginger

1 tbsp sugar/honey

ice cube

water

How to make:

1. Wash all ingredients with clean water.

2. Peel the carrots and thinly slice; peel the apple and cut it into pieces; cut the celery into pieces; peel the ginger.

3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree.

4. Carrot juice with celery and apple is ready to be enjoyed.

3. Orange carrot juice

Ingredients :

2 carrots

1 orange

2 tbsp honey or to taste

ice cube

water

How to make:

1. Wash the carrots and oranges.

2. Peel the carrots and thinly slice; Peel the oranges and clean.

3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree.

4. Orange carrot juice is ready to be enjoyed.
