CLOUD Vapours has announced an ambitious plan to grow the business over the next three years.
The family business, which has a shop on Cowdenbeath High Street, was established in 2013, and has both dedicated retail operations throughout the Kingdom and a manufacturing facility which also supplies a number of other independent e-cigarette and vape retailers throughout the UK from its wholesale division.
With a previously fragmented e-cigarette and vape sector, Cloud Vapours is driven by, “an ethos of ensuring the highest levels of quality, standards and compliance in this exciting and growing sector,” the company says.
Cloud Vapours is in the process of implementing a strategic plan that will see them grow their business over the next three years in line with the growth of this exciting sector.
The e-cigarette and vape sector have welcomed the recent positive comments from health organisations supporting vaping as a legitimate smoking cessation method. This represents a milestone for the sector and a breakthrough for tackling the health blight of smoking on the nation, the firm says.
With a team of expert flavourists, Cloud Vapours offers an extensive range of their own E-liquids and TPD compliant flavours which are all manufactured in their Class 7 ISO 14644-1:2015 Standard Cleanroom. They are the only independent E-liquid manufacturer in Scotland to operate and manufacture from such facilities.
Janet Hughes, Director, Cloud Vapours said: “Like most retail businesses, we have taken the knocks that Covid has thrown at us. But through adversity we have seen opportunity, and this has enabled us to build a strong online offering, which together with our current retail offering and wholesale division will see us grow the business significantly over the next few years.”
Janet added: “As a previous long-term smoker of 20 plus cigarettes per day, I am a shining example of the effectiveness of vaping as a smoking cessation method. I started vaping and stopped smoking overnight and haven’t looked back since. The recent positive comments
from the health organisations are going to prove transformational for our sector and our business.”
Cloud Vapours has also just announced its membership of the Independent British Vape Trade Association (IBVTA), the professional voice of the independent vape industry.
The IBVTA is a not-for-profit, non-political trade association, established to support the independent vape industry in the long run. It represents responsible and ethical independent vaping businesses in the UK, irrespective of the size of their companies and operations.
Cloud Vapours has also recently made a substantial capital investment in technology through the launch of their new online shop and digital customer loyalty scheme.
The new online portal will showcase the company’s industry leading portfolio of E-Liquids, Flavours and Vape equipment and supplies. They are looking forward to building their UK sales on the back of this.
